first week

ang college life talaga...very different from high school...in college:
1.you have to walk to go to your next class
2.you have different classmates per subject
3.you can sit anywhere you like beacause there's no seat plan
4.you don't need to stand and greet your teacher when they enter the classroom
5.you can go to the restroom without the teacher's permission
6.there are long breaks before the next subject
7. you don't have bulk of books and notebooks
8.you can go to school with just a pen.

MY Schedule

xu freshmen orientation

Last June 7 and 8 i attended the xu freshmen orientation. On June 7 it started early 7 o'clock in the morning with the registration per college. The whole place was very crowded by freshies. The longest registration line was from the school of nursing. After the registration we were asked to go to the gym for the community mass then the opening of the freshmen orientation. Then we had lunch break. By 1 pm all the school of business management students were asked to proceed to the covered courts for the college orientation. Under the school of business management there are four courses the information management, business management, accountancy and management accounting. In the college orientation it was fun since the hosts were very funny and full of energy. We also had plenty of games like the mr and ms sbm. In the college orientation they talked about what is like to be a part of the sbm, what were the different activities under it, different organizations and its heads. We also had the ala "a doo doo" game of wowowee. It was fun though a lot of people were really shy. Then our handbooks were released. hahaha hanna, nikki and i were shock to see our faces in the handbook. wohoo! hahaha sikata jud namo ui. Imagine every freshman has a copy of that handbook.ngek! The next day, june 8, the second day of our orientation. All the sbm students were asked to go to the engineering building for the counselling. i made lots of friends there from different colleges, most of them were from engineering, cit, and education. The last part of our two-day orientation was the closing of the orientation which was held at the gym. They talked about a lot of things like matriculation, rules and regulations. The last activity was some kind of boring so hehe wala mi naminaw.

Another Filipina artist...iba talaga pag pinoy!

Mutya was raised by her Irish mother and Filipino father. The name "Mutya" derives from the Tagalog word for "muse" or "beautiful maiden." She has five brothers (Bayani, Charlie, Chris, Danny and Roberto) and two younger sisters, Ligaya and Dalisay; another sister, Maya, died in 2002, and the song "Maya" on the album Three is dedicated to her.

HAPPY 18th BIRTHDAY!

tomorrow, june 5th is the 18th birthday of my cousin VEAH MARIE CEBRIAN she's not going to have a debut only a regular birthday party. wow she's all grown up. i could still remember the times when played together in the sand/mud, took a bathe in the rain and made mud cookies. and now, from a baby, she's now a lady. how time flies very fast? veah marie, my playmate, chatmate, schoolmate, bestfriend, cousin and sister a happy happy happy birthday!

what's so cool about june 1? well, it's the end of summer and the start of the school year. i definitely enjoyed my summer. to summarize here are the following activities i did this summer:
taegon farewell party
taegon outing at san juan beach
yearbook work at xuhs
xu enrolment
yearbook outing at bohol and cebu
watch movies with classmates and cousins
go to malls with classmates and cousins
went to fiestas
went to birthday parties
hang-out at classmate's house

even though i did a lot of things this summer there were also a lot of times that i got bored. haay finally school is in. im excited! what's college like? i bet lots of free time for me...hehehehe kawawa kasi yung mga nursing loaded yung sched nila. i will miss my old classmates! yehey june one na!
